Sophisticated Sales and Shows Manager.


This manager makes appointment and sales systematically effortless.  It eliminates distractions from administrative tasks, allowing users to focus on the lead. The appointment calendar is located under the Appointment Schedule Module. This calendar has the option to ad a personal appointment by inserting the status of the appointment, the type , the date, time, length, title and description. The Scheduled Sales Module holds the complete forms for scheduling a sale. This is where leads turn into members. Users choose the package, payment info, personal info, security info, and confirm the sale to complete the transaction. The INS (Interview No Sale) Archive charts the status of the lead by Person ID, name, date and whether a sale was made.

The lead is then put into the Appointment Archive where all current and past leads are stored. Clients can access their sales packages through Sales Source Management. This permits clients to implement a well planned sales package schedule. It entails simply entering the package name, the price, and the source status. The Source Status query decides whether the package should be active - meaning the package should be shown available to leads - or inactive - meaning the package is saved within the system but not used at that moment. The Introductions and Dates field gives the system a decisive date that the package will be activated. The Hold Field allows the package to remain inactive for a specified number of months.
