Methodical Membership Managment.

This manager is the domain of the Matchmakers. Whenever there is a lead sale, the lead is transferred to Pending Members. This is where the member remains until their account information is confirmed. The Quick Member Entry Form allows the Matchmaker to add a new member record with all the necessary question fields from name, address and contact, to personal information, to what type of person their looking to meet. Once the information is confirmed they are moved into Active Members. The member is then due for a profile update. By clicking on the member, the system will prompt the matchmaker to edit their media, member type and sales information. The Member Notes remind the matchmakers of a member's history. 

This manager also compiles tables of Free Members, Inactive Members, and the Frozen Shelf. The Frozen Shelf permits members to appear “frozen” should they, for example, leave for a business or personal trip. Selection Admin accesses all pending dates, upcoming dates for the week, and past dates. It also shows the status of the date; these include information exchanged, pending date completed, set date, and debriefing. Debriefing means that the date has occurred and the results of the date are pending. The Dating Engine lets matchmakers set and evaluate dates with ease. Simply choosing an option from the drop down menu sets the member with a status. The options include pending, set, debriefing, archived, refused/declined, information exchanged, completed, or basket possible. The Dateless Members Area shows all members without dates for a specified amount of days. It also permits the Matchmaker to set a date between two dateless members.
