FAQ’s (Frequently asked Questions) : How to explanations are available at no cost throughout the Cupid Software. FAQ's help the user become more familiar with the Cupid System.
Pre-Recorded Training : Tutorials in video form are always available for refresher and new user training. Also using Go To Webinar live trainings can be conducted
Cupid support hours are Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM (EST). Request can be sent online at any time through our Client Area ticket system and receive a response within the guaranteed response time during business hours. Plus, easily keep track of your support history online.
Watch for our email updates notifying users of system improvements and directing to the FAQ and Webinar explanation of the improvement, use and purpose. Watch for service notices that may restrict use for maintenance and update periods.
