Logical Lead and Telemarketing Manager.

This lead and telemarketing manager has the ability to organize syndicated data between the lead, telemarketer and the owner or monitor. Through the API, 3rd party vendors automatically generate leads into the system. The current lead table provides data on all of the leads, including name, location, date the source is created, the date it was last edited, Lead ID, income, and their status. The status reveals whether the lead is new, active, canceled, rescheduled, or if they have an appointment set. If the lead has a photo, it appears when rolling over their information for better recollection of their status. When the lead is clicked on, it brings the user to their account with options to view, edit, access notes (call history/comments), media (photo), appointment schedule, and profile. This is true for all modules in the Lead Manager.


The Lead Assignment module within the Lead and Telemarketing Manager gives clients the ability to assign leads to a specific user, whether that user is a telemarketer or matchmaker. The Active Leads page shows all current leads, while the Leads Archive shows all past and current leads.  The Lead Source Manager shows all active and inactive sources with the ability to create or update a source. With the Cupid System, source refers to the medium through which the lead is obtained. Some examples of sources are billboard ads, direct mailers, infomercials, print ads and website leads.
 
Lead Management and Reporting gives a detailed look into each telemarketer’s progress; activity, lead distribution, set appointment history, and set dollar history is all outlined with clear and precise color-graphs. View each user’s results individually or collectively. Telemarketers can easily manage their Lead Actions. That is, the progress they make with the leads from the time of initiation to completion. By Inserting the action name, the beginning lead status and the ending lead status (new lead, active, appointment set, reschedule, etc.), telemarketers are actually sketching out the lead progress for convenient follow-ups. The Lead Setup and Configuration assigns colors for lead status titles. For example, yellow signifies new lead, and red signifies sleeping.
